I'm sorry to tell you but I havent been able to get under 220 for the last 3 months despite eating 2000 calories and doing 3-4 hours of cardio daily. If I wanted to gain some weight, I would be 250-260 in a month just up the test, get on some dbol, and start eating few hundred grams of carbs and I'd be at 250-260 at 10% bf.
