scale not moving

I'm sorry to tell you but I havent been able to get under 220 for the last 3 months despite eating 2000 calories and doing 3-4 hours of cardio daily. If I wanted to gain some weight, I would be 250-260 in a month just up the test, get on some dbol, and start eating few hundred grams of carbs and I'd be at 250-260 at 10% bf.

I decided to stop the bulking phase and juts lean up some and be happy. I will probobly go on another mass phase in January.
 
Man clean bulking is the way to go imo,no need to fluff up...Bit than again staying around 300#s at 12% bf is my normal...

Do you have an active job? Do you burn a lot of calories? Are you doing cardio?

I think your protein should be up in the 400s

NEVER MISS MEALS EVER. EVEN ON WEEKENDS.

I was 235 in August and now I'm up to 275 on my way to 285 :)

getting bigger and leaner? seems your composition is doing fine. 2lbs of muscle in 5 weeks? I'm not seeing an issue really. Are you keeping a journal of your eating? It's easy to ad more calories here and there especially with fats. You could ad more oils to every meal even shakes and you won't even see it really. Mac nut oil in your shake. if you currently ad it, ad a little more. same with all other meals. ad a teaspoon to each meal and see what happens after a few days. If you really are keeping track you should be able to narrow it down.
