You can have the perfect style of training but if the person doesn't apply himself the results will be lacking. I find what people believe and will actually do is what gets the best results.
It would be nice to know what the limit your own body type can take would be so it's not trial and error for decades. It seems like the only way you would ever truly know is to be hooked up to a bunch of electrodes with all that scientific shit that Ben Pakulski does.
