I was rained out early today so might as well go ahead and hit it right off.
I weighed in this morning and I am 3 lbs heavier.

THURSDAY: Chest & Triceps
Pec fly

Cable Cross Over

4×10r with 10 push-ups every set

Triceps:

What's up guys and gals, I do not go heavy at all on my shoulders.

One more thing today was pin day and another smooth one, so 3 weeks in for me I am safe to say there is no pip like I've heard about for me. I would definitely refer this place to someone else and I will be using again after this run.

Good morning PM. Saturday was a rest day for me. I am 3 weeks into this run and am feeling great!! Energy, stamina, libido, and streghth is all up. I am also up in my weight 3lbs, I will not be seeing much gains til about week 6 or so. Another thing I would like to mention is that I have had no pip everytime, smooth as silk. Thanks to you who read and keep pumping that iron!!!

Earlier today was yet another pin and I am happy about no pip, don't think I have to post this again. I believe everyone has noticed this gear is pain free.
I have been resting this weekend and today, I will be back on the grind Tuesday. I will let you all know my biceps with any pump are at 15". More to come PM thanks for reading.

Today is 4 weeks in on this run and it is a good one. Smooth as silk pins, stamina, energy, focus is on point and especially in the gym. The anavar has me pumped and tight at all times!!! I love it. If you have questioned Sciroxx, do it no longer and pull the trigger!!! You will not be disappointed at all!!!

Nice work keep it up. Scrioxx has some really good quality products. That's all i used to run but the only problem i had was turn around times.

Back on the grind peeps, well a small one, tonight I am training shoulders and due to a shoulder injury that I have never been able to get fixed keeps nagging me, so I have to be careful. I'm sure alot of you know what I'm talking about.
