I think you have it the other way around. There are serious discussions about cutting men's bbing from a few major men's npc shows and the viability of some pro shows.
Much better off stopping men's bbing altogether and focus on figure, fitness, physique, etc
I'm a huge bodybuilding fan and love seeing freaky dudes on stage, but you're completely right. NPC shows keep growing every year while bodybuilding classes get smaller. It only makes sense from a business standpoint to capitalize on what's drawing the largest appeal, women that other women want to look like and dudes find attractive and guys that exhibit the same.
