I think it looks great for the Suns on paper, but I don't think that even if he tries his hardest he can bring back MDE, DC.
I think the biggest problem for the Suns will be that in all of his years, even this season, everyone knows that Shaq only plays defense well if he is getting plenty of touches offensively. Otherwise, he complains.
The Suns are openly stating that they really want his defense over his offense, so I don't see how Big Aristotle can be happy playing 2nd fiddle to Stoudemire.
Note: I say these things only because it is sad to see what has happened over the last year to the Diesel's overall ablility.
I will always be grateful to Shaq for the years he gave us in LA, arguably they will go down as his best years in the game.
The Laker fans are finally getting rewarded for the patience we had in choosing Kobe to stay and for Shaq to go, knowing that in the long run it would be more beneficial than in the short term.
Now Kobe gets to have his chance for the ultimate redemption, getting MVP honors and tossing Shaq out of the playoffs.
( In a perfect world, of course).
