Short head Vs. Long head

I am doing synthol injections into the peak of my bicep. I know I need to do both heads but I am not sure where they are. Does anyone know of a good picture, flexed arm, that shows the seperation?

You can easily feel the two heads. Run with your fingers in the middle of bicep and you will feel soemthing that feels like a tendon. On each side of that is a head.
