Im 33 and for a couple of years now I have had progressively increasing pain in my right shoulder. Happens mainly when I train chest or do any shoulder presses. It has gotten so bad that Its hard to do benches with even 135 lbs. These are the MRI results I got yesterday and its saying I dont have anything that is torn. What would be the best method of treatment so I can start training heavy again? Im assuming HGH with corticosteroids? The liquid im assuming they are talking about is the Test n Deca I shoot there sometimes.
