This is a very sad story, and really hits home, as im sure most people have lost someone to cancer. Makes me realize how lucky I am to be healthy. God bless that family.

That is very sad and I tip my hat to Simon Cowell for granting the little girl her dreams. My condolences and prayers go out to that family.

Sure some will say Simon did it with the sole purpose to promote himself... again , but he also might very well have chosen to ignore the little girl and let her leave this earth sad and with an unfulfilled dream.

Instead he knew he had the power to change Bethany's life forever, though it happened it was for 3 days only... I bet those last moments were the most happy of her whole - way too short - life.

I have a new found respect for Simon, now. Nice man.

i agree completely. Whether it was a selfish act or not, he should still be judged by the result of the act, which was to make that little girl's final wish come true.
