was wondering how much time some of you guys continue to eat sugars and simple carbs after a workout, say on a reg lift day not using insulin, a lift day using humalog, and a lift day using humalog and humilin r, i know the timings of these slins, but what timings would yall say yall stop consuming the simple carbs after the workout to maximize muscle gain and prevent not as much fat gain? sometimes ill stop eating them 3 to 4 hours after, sometimes like 6 to 8 hours after cause maybe i got a sweet tooth at times
