Simple carbs after workout.

So i will need simple carbs after a workout.
You'll said that dextrose is fine. So.... I must buy somewhere. Can't i eat simple carbs? And pure sugar?? I don't like sugar, because i'm to fat already, i don't want that extra sugar
 
Post workout for bulking
1.5 grams per kilogram of bodyweight of high glycemic carbohydrate such as dextrose or table sugar (i think i read somewhere that half of table sugar is fructose, dont quote me on that though)- Gatorade powder is mostly dextrose or get a non fructose fruit juice as another good choice. Also maltodextrine is found in many meal replacement drinks is a fair choice to replenish muscle glycogen after a workout.

.5 grams of protein per kilogramof bodyweight. Best choice is Whey Protein Isolate or some fast absorbing protein. But anything will work. Ckn, tuna, egg whites
