1.5 grams per kilogram of bodyweight of high glycemic carbohydrate such as dextrose or table sugar (i think i read somewhere that half of table sugar is fructose, dont quote me on that though)- Gatorade powder is mostly dextrose or get a non fructose fruit juice as another good choice. Also maltodextrine is found in many meal replacement drinks is a fair choice to replenish muscle glycogen after a workout.
