site oil use

just started site oil in bis and tris 2days ago had to make my own because i spent all my money on roids ha ha not really but i just cant bring myself to spend 100bucks for 50ml when i can get 900ml of mct for 28 added a little ba and some lidacaine anyway
day one 3ml outer bi outer tri
day two 3ml iner bi long head of tris
day three 3ml outer bi outer tri
so far that has added up to 1/4 inch
what im asking is how much would one have to use like this to gain a full inch and what might one need to use each week to keep what you gained

3ml is about all you want to do for one injection. Most start with 1ml and work their way up to 3ml. You may be like me and not have a very flexible muscle fascia. I went up to 3ml in each biceps head 2x ED after 6 weeks of not much happening. I then added some Nolotil - that made the fascia stretch! When my bi were swole, I pumped the hell out of em with SEO.

7 weeks later - I've only lost <1/2" from my Nolotil experiment - and they're rather "cut" now!

I thought all SEO brands only come in 100ml bottles.

You would have added much more than that if you would have used a SEO. There is a reason why they cost more. MCT SUCKS! Ask anyone that has used both and they just don't compare. Plus the sterility issue is not too tempting either.

try to not inject in one bicep for 3 days and then measure. You measuring 1/4 inch from swelling.
