Nope. Doesn't work that way. The sleep apnea pretty much "kills" you receptors, ergo no receptors, no benefit- or very little from trt. I've been dealing w same shit. Had to go to twice what doc recommends for trt. He says 150, I have to do 300 to feel anything. Alcar helped a little, but nothing like before the sleep apnea. How can you not respond to HRT?! I would bet that you will respond to Test when you inject it....regardless of apnea.
Glad someone brought this up. Iirc there's a correlation between your adrenal hormones (an excess due to sleep apnea) and androgen receptors? Could be way off, but I think it plays a role as well. I'll try to find some articles, whether I'm correct or way fkn off.
Bottom line- GET CPAP! SHIT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!
And yes, glutathione has made a world of difference- well NAC to be specific. Also semi like choline inositol is helping (idk why). So yeah, go get some of the bodies strongest antioxidant and it will help w energy levels over time. God getting old blows goats.
