Correct. And you can take advantage of that by overloading the end range of the motion with a band which allows you to lift more than you normally could. If you could do 1 set of 10 to failure with 100 pounds on the pressdown, adding a small band would now allow you to do a set of ten that starts at 100 in the stretch position, and ends at 120 in the extended positionThat’s smart. I think just the way leverages work we’re pretty much all stronger near the bottom part of the arc.
