I was going to applaud you for that. I was always the same way too, use overhand with straps because it takes off so much stress from the bicep since your hands are pronated. Much safer.

About 4 months ago, I got up to my all time high deadlift of 605lbs. I hurt my back doing some rack deads with light weight, and havn't done deads in those 4 months. I did some deads the other day and couldn't even pull 495:banghead: I'm gonna try to get that back up; these vids give me tremendous motivation, thanks Shelby.
