I hope to meet some of you there and i am bringing my friend Marcos Vizcaino to win again the masters over 40 class, and this time we want to win the overall.
He is looking great 6 weeks a go he was weighting 198 pounds the day of this show (on this picture) today he is weighting 198 depleted, i think he will compete with 205 pounds with this same condition.

just to get a feel for the 40 and over class. I haven't been to this show since Dexter won it. I actually traveled down with him for this one. I hope to enter this one sometime in the next two years. I have always enjoyed the Southern States contest. Very great competition.
