I still wouldn't use slin with that bodyfat. I first started with R back in Nov. 2001, so I think I know a thing or two when it comes to that. Anyways, for the past 10 years I've been keeping my bf at 10% or under for the most part, as long as I can see my abs. and stay vascular, I'm good. I only use it workout days and been sticking with humalog.
