Spot injections

Hi, Guys....I have been using my glutes forever, and I am getting some scar tissue developing...I will continue to inject the glutes, but, have any of you injected into other areas such as pecs, traps, lats, delts, and biceps..?
I took 1 cc of sost-250 in my left pec for the first time ever, and man, is it sore.....Anyone else done pecs before/?

WAYYYYY back.......

way back in the day when i did shots i found that glutes got old real fast and i tried other spots..i had nothing but bad luck and bad experiences with any other place..i tried several times and even had veterns do it and only glutes worked...

Good luck and i think pecs are too close to the heart to even think it is a good idea..shoulders, triceps and traps/lats are a better choice IMO...

I don't have the nuts to go into my chest. Seems to sensitive of an area for that. I do know guys that have done it but prefer other sites. Traps, tris, bi's, calves. One guy really liked ging into his hamstrings but he's a bit of a sadist. I don't know of any advantage to going into the pec. Most guys have good chests anyway and it seems there are a lot of better places to go into.

My preferences are
1-glutes
2-quads
3-delts

My quads need a rest-its like pushing the oil into concrete.
You have several sites on the delt (anterior/medial/posterior).
Biceps bruise way too much for me.

i cant twist around to get my glutes and i'm not even that big

i can get the pin in but i cant aspirate so i never do it.... i've done, bis (love it) used to be able to hit my tris but cant anymore (liked it) delts, pecs (really easy if you do it a few times) .. for my quads.. i have the same problems as mike.... its hard to go in

My quads give me no trouble as long as I haven't trained them or done cardio in the past couple days. Tried once going into them the the day after legs and I couldn't get a half cc in. Other days 3cc no problem. I don't give very many shots to myself, i can't reach anywhere. Legs are about all I can manage.

be carefule with your chest inj. there a bundle of nerves and blood vessels running through your pecs. i would not suggest that. i have done bicep, quad and glutes they are all good spots. tank...
