y wife recently got me a inzer Z suit double ply its a one piece, doesn't have those velcro straps...I can almost get it on by myself can get it up over the quads and get a strap over one trap but there is not enough any where near enough play to get the other side up and over the shoulder....Doesn't matter what side I start on,,,so I haven't had the opportunity to actually use it at the gym yet....just got it for Christmas...a few more days of getting it on and off at the house then I am going to to give it a try. My question is this do I have to change my form all around...or just kind of feel my way around with it ?

You will need someone to help get your straps up if it is fitted properly. Also, you can finally find a use for the smith machine by hanging from it by your straps to get the suit fully seated. You will find yourself able to "sit back" much more and take your feet out wider without killing your hips. Lots to squatting in a suit. Even though its double ply the Z suit shouldnt be as hard to learn as some of the more advanced gear. I would suggest squatting with it straps down for a couple of weeks to help you get the feel of it before you throw the straps up. Lots more to say, but its 3 am. hope any of this is helpfull.
-edited to add you may find more help w this in the PL forum.

Hang on a power rack and wiggle into it..put 1 strap up. When you're off the ground hump the air like you've having the best pussy of your life.
If you don't have one of them, put it threw a bar on a power rack and do the same thing.

You could always get it tailored and have Velcro added

Like said above, do your first few workouts with the straps down.
It is going to loosen some.

Work into the suit slowly, if you go too fast it can screw with your form.

YES!!!

raw lifting and geared lifting are 2 completely different animals
