I crushed my left leg tib/fib ~4 years ago. I have 2 plates 20 screws. Some days it acts up on me. I tried doing squats on the day it was bothering me and had some difficulty. On the way down it seems my left leg was doing the bulk of the supporting. On the way up the only way it would work would be on the ball of my foot (left leg) thus making my right leg do the bulk of the work. the following day my left hammy was sore/left quad was not and my quad on my right was sore with no soreness in the hammy for that leg.
Given the scenerio on those days which can be many for a couple months at time should i skip squats? I dont believe i am injurying my leg any but I was concerned about the way I was going down and up if I would injure something else.
On a side not some days i can not do leg extensions because it feels like im driving my screws in deeper.
