hi all,
going to be starting dc training beginning next week,i have been stuck at 220lbs and being doing a 5 day split with weekends off for some time now and feel dc training will help me finally get huge.i have a few questions though.
i train alone,but will be able to structure my upper body workouts for that no problem,but legs what movements do you guys do that dont have partners to assist in rest pause?
currently i am on a traditional 12 week cycle which i will complete in another 7 weeks whereby i will take off a few months,then i will contemplate using doggs cycle and cruise method,still researching it as i dont fully understand it as yet,i.e i cant use tren as i cannot get it,only deca or eq or winny(other than test)so a bit confused on how you derive benefit out of such a short 6-7 week burst of eq before going into maintenance for a few weeks etc.
