I'm 5'11 and 250lbs and I'm eating about 600grams of carbs a day and gaining slowly. I've been running gh at 4-6iu's for about 6months and also run some t4 at about 50-75mcg ed. Currently running 1g test and 300mg deca and finishing off a low dose of 30mg ed of dbol. I have a very small bone structure (started at 145) so I'm actually having alot of trouble getting much off my bulks now. Why Im wanting to try slin. Plan is to start my slin right as I end the dbol. First time I'm using it and unsure of some things... lots of different opinions it seems.
One thing that doesn't seem to make much sense to me is starting at 2iu's of slin and having tiny amounts of carbs when I'm normally eating about 100g per meal (about 80 pwo). Wouldn't the bigger issue be grams of carbs per unit of slin? Also afraid of gut growth with my core already grown larger than I'd like it (abdominal wall and obliques). Im told pre-workout is best option to minimize the risk. I'm training legs twice a week so plan is only using 3x a week for legs and back.
I'm thinking of just hitting up 7iu's to start with 15g's of carbs per iu... so 105g's, half with shot and half during workout. I'll keep another 100 with me just in case I need it.
Still have a few q's and Im wondering if anyone could help me out?
I only have isolate, creatine and leucine, no bcaa's or glutamine. Can anyone give me some advice on protein intake and timing? Taking in 380-400g of protein at the moment. Also Ive read to pin my gh pwo if running pre-workout slin, is that a good idea?
I do not want to go over 110g of carbs at any meal so I'm wondering how to re-work my diet? Seems like advice is 5g's of carbs per iu at later meals so I'm wondering how to handle that without a higher slin dose???
Diet now on back and leg days (cut out cardio when started dbol- before was gh am and before bed)
1pm- 110g c, 64p, 3.5f
230 or 3pm- lift ***gh 2iu's pre-wo***
330 or 4pm- 88c, 50p, 3.5f
615-630pm- 110c, 60p, 12f
9pm- 110c, 60p, 12f
1145- 95c, 65p, 12f
230- 110c, 70p, 9f
430- sleeping ***gh 2iu's pre-bed***
Ive done better with a carb rich diet (surprisingly) as opposed to a more balanced one. Ton of fibre and veggies and they're included in totals. Some fruit AM and some coconut water pwo, supplement some CLA and chromium policolinate at 1000mg. What do you guys think? Where do I go from here?
