Who uses them and who doesn't? I'm not a huge fan of stims, they kind of distort how your really feeling, but sometimes you just need that extra kick of energy. How many of you stay clear of stims?

I mainly just use them prior to a workout even though i know people advise against it due to it contstricting blood flow and what not.

I find too that they help me stay focused and not sway off the beaten path when dieting gets hard.
 
i think stims while dieting are very effective, and I use them

its important to use the right ones though, and for stims i like variety not large doses
 
I will use them when I need them. Low carb days and such. I never take them around my workout time though. I want the most out of my pump.
 
Essential while in ketosis.

Ephedrine HCL/Caffiene is one of my favorites.
 
I can't take any at all due to them making me too anxious. Maybe a coffee before a big session but thats about it. I am a fan of green tea and taurine when dieting.
 
I like ephedrine,caffeine & yohimbine but I did a post in the peps section
about eph & caff blunting hgh by causing a insulin & BG spike. I've been taking them fasted with 4iu's for morning cardio...hope I'm not wasting my gh!
Have any of you guys heard this?
 
i use them 10 weeks out, ephedrine, caffeine , clen and t3
i rotate them every 2 weeks
 
Supersensitive to stims and usually the crash is pretty epic. I try to stay away
 
I like ECA, but if you really wanna start ripping fat off get a script for dexadrine...you gotta eat more to keep your muscle, but you shred fat I'm that stuff. I'm prescribed it for my ADHD.
 
phetermine is a dandy. My house gets super clean when on.
 
I very rarely take stims. I did get some Clen though and tried it. I think it was not good because I got none of the sides that people talk about and I was doing 120mcgs a day all at one time.
 
I stay clear for most of the year but once prep starts I'm a stimulant junky.
 
years ago, back when I was dumber, I would use ECA combos in higher doses year around. Now I don't like them. I will only use for contest prep the last 8 weeks. I am low dosing clen 40mcg pre-cardio and if I am feeling good I take another 40mcg before I train around noon. Also have the 8mg ephedrine hcl tabs. which I add in as needed between clen days and as a appetite controller. I can't handle yohimbe anymore either, I just won't take the stuff.
 
I stay away from all stimulants for too many reasons to count.
 
I only use 1 caffine tab 200mg before each workout. Plenty of energy!

ECY when needed to get off stubborn fat

ALA usually bc of a few benefits.
 
As a fat loss aid I think they are honestly pretty lame and there are much better fat burning options.

I think they are more useful as a pick me up when dieting becomes hard or you feel like shit.

I love stimulants but I shy away, so when I need them they work!
 
I wouldnt be able to get outa bed lol.... they def burn fat but more useful as a way to keep your energy up while you make a good effort to kill yourself dieting lol...
