Actually i made it.
I bought one of those 2.00 kids balls at walmart.
40 lbs of plaster of paris. Covered the ball w/plaster of paris.
Left a hand size hole at the top to remove the ball.
Let it set for 24hrs. Popped the ball and removed.
Now we have a plaster of paris mold.
Filled the mold with cement. The kind w/out gravel.
Let it sit for 3-5 days. Then you remove the mold w/ hammer and chisel.
Nice.

man if you could get away with sending one to the uk I'd say make me one and i'll pay you. but then i thought sh*t, the postman would be really pi*sed off dragging that around

200lbs is going to be light after a few workouts ... if you want to make them heavy you are going to need lead ...
