Streching when tired/weird feeling

Since I have been lifting really heavy and gaining lots of size I feel so stiff and tired. Well I love to stretch when im tired but recently every time I stretch upper body I mean really good stretch that feels like everything is stretching in my body, I feel dizzy and feel like im gonna pass out. Like this morning at work, I got up and I stretched , felt so good but for few sec I feel like I blanked out and I wanted to pass out.
Anyone has this problem?

Only after I have sex! Seriously, you may be holding your breath while you are stretching-I had a similar problem when stretching and didnt even realize that I wasnt breathing properly when stretching.

I do exhale while i strech, maybe that is the problem.

I think this is very common-you almost have to practice not doing it when you stretch.

watched a really expensive video on an expert stretcher and he said to breathe really hard in and out farely fast to get the most out of the stretch. Can't see how this would hurt and I think would be beneficial. According to this "expert" the more and better you breathe the farther you can stretch.
