Hey guys, I got a strongman comp coming up, and I want to lose 10-15lbs of fat to add a little room for muscle growth. Currently i'm around 238-242 and have to be 231.4 come competition day. My question is, how would a 30 day T3 cycle effect my strength? I plan on using tren ace, test suspension, and test e throughout the t3 cycle ... my other question is, would 30 days be a long enough cycle to lose a good 10 lbs of fat, or should I go on longer? If so how long?
 
Well if your just trying to lose bodyfat you might want to opt for a t3 clen combo while your running your cycle. If you have time i would run it for 6 weeks pyramiding your doses of t3 and clen. T3 the whole time of your weight loss until your goal is achieved. Use clen for 2 weeks on one week off taking benadryl everynight. Keep in mind muscle building should not even be on your list just keeping your strength and maintaining what ya got. T3 and clen should boost your metabolic rate any where from 15-20%. If your in a hurry pick up a short supply of dnp.
 
Not sure why you want to add the T3 sonce your in a Strongman comp? I am sure the extra body weight would help?

Have you done T3 before? If not, stay away form DNP, that's foolish. My .2 cents.

How many weeks out is the comp?
 
You could do t-3 for a month. Clen and t-3 is a tough cycle because of the side effects which most people cannot tolerate(lethargy)You could do this for t-3:

Days 1-4 25mcg/day
Days 5-8 50"
Days 9-12 75"
Days 13-16 100"
Days 17-20 75"
Days 21-24 50"
Days 25-28 25"

Just curious what does benedryl do? Keep your body from getting used to the clen?

With all your AAS intake I doubt you will notice a drastic drop in strength, keep the dose low and I would also add some CLENBUTEROL.
