Hey guys, I got a strongman comp coming up, and I want to lose 10-15lbs of fat to add a little room for muscle growth. Currently i'm around 238-242 and have to be 231.4 come competition day. My question is, how would a 30 day T3 cycle effect my strength? I plan on using tren ace, test suspension, and test e throughout the t3 cycle ... my other question is, would 30 days be a long enough cycle to lose a good 10 lbs of fat, or should I go on longer? If so how long?
