Stubborn Fat

Hi,

I was wanting some advise on how to remove stubborn weight gain.

Up until a recent car accident I was always slim with not much muscle but enough and no cellulite.

After 3 months of not being able to lift any kind of weight or work I put on a huge amount (visually) of fat and lost all the muscle I had.

I have many years of experience of weight and cardio and proper dieting, however since I'm able to move again since the accident my body is not responding the way it used to in regards to diet and cardio. As such I've been looking into some of synthetek's products and I am looking for some feedback on them.

Thanks

LittleMiss

So how tall are you? What is your bodyfat percentage? What is your diet like now? What are you able to do for exercise and what ARE you doing? What type of injuries did you get in the accident.

If you answer these questions, we can probably help. Supplements aren't the answer right now. Diet and exercise are always the first step.

I'm by no means the resident expert here with regard to diet and nutrition, so I could be wrong:

How many calories are you eating/day?
What's your macrobiotic nutritient ratio(s)?

Have you considered dropping off calories throughout the day (Breakfast the biggest meal; dinner the smallest?)

Tapering Carbs from morning to night?

Eating fiber with every meal?

Cycling your calories (I've never really tried it for longer than a week, but I've heard good things [3 days lower calorie: 1 day higher calorie])

Cycling your carbs (3 days lower carb: 1 day higher carb [variances within 30% of average carb intake])

Getting good ammounts of water?

Getting healthy ammounts of healthy fats?

All I can think of for now.
Someone else...?

Diet is CRUCIAL. Most women I have worked with do well with carb control diet.

Guys, maybe I should clarify a bit more.
I used to date a pro bodybuilder. I have extensive experience at proper dieting, cardio, trainining and supplementation.

I have lost a lot of lean muscle mass since my accident, so now, I need a boost as the body is not responding to fat loss the way it should, even on clenbuterol.

I am on a correct cyclical carbohydrate diet, cardio is at the corect times of the day, weight training is correct and as I mentioned I am using clenbuterol. However, it is very hard for some reason to shift the bodyfat. Obviously my metabolism has trully slowed down. I do not want to use DNP to shift this fat (as I said, due to my ex, I have experience with a lot of supplement usage including DNP).

So, back to what I was getting at in the first post, it looks like some of the synthetek products could help giving me a boost, and I am looking for some feedback on them.

Thanks again.

All Synthetek products do what they say they do. You will be impressed.
