Stupid Forearm Pump

Now I know I posted something about this B4....but I seem to still get this stupid forearm pump everytime I do biceps(been happening close to a yr now)....I think it could be caused from possible dehydration...any imput, advice or suggestions would be appreciated
 
try not to masterbate before the gym :D
 
I don't think dehydration would cause an excessive pump anywhere. So are you saying that your forearm pump is impeding you being able to properly work your biceps? Not that there's too much you could do about it anyway, I guess. Unless you figure out a way to wrap something around your wrists so you don't actually have to hold the weight with your hands so that you're using JUST your biceps and not forearms.

Have you tried really focusing on bicep like with preacher curl or concentration curls?
 
Same happends to me.
Its been difficult in all my years training develope a 19.5" arms, all the pump goes to my forearms. My doctor sayd is becoue my muscle insercions are different. :eek:

I also cant train back without straps, bc the forearm pump stops me.

I think I did stop using straps about a yr & 1/2 ago....mayB I should go back to straps
 
I started adding in a few sets of forearm exercises after bis with a wrist roller. Just a steel pipe with a string and a weight that you roll up while holding your arms straight out. Roll the weight up and down until failure for about three sets or so. My forearms feel like they are about to burst when doing this on cycle.. After a few weeks, my bicep and back exercises weren't really working my forearms enough to get the kind of pump that made it difficult to hold onto anything. My barbell shrugs even jumped a bit in weight from the stronger grip as well.. up to 475lb now on tren/prop.

You might want to give it a try.. it probably can't hurt, but I would save it for the end, as it's difficult to load plates onto anything after doing this, let alone trying to hold onto anything.
