I work about 4-5 hours a day and it is all outside in our 105 degree weather...So when I get done I am pretty drained, lis it ok for me to drink a gatorade, since it has sugar in it I was sure if it would effect my contest diet that much...Also after a workout should I still be taking in some simple sugar....like raisins or something..thanks
