Im looking to tighten up what i got not to concerned about getting ripped just want to shape up a bit for july.Im clean now for 6 months and only dropped from 238 to 229 at 5 11"so it wasnt all bad although it was mentally very hard to keep trainig and eating knowing i wouldnt be getting the gains i was accoustomed to.So any good diet or cycle advice welcome.
p.s im 21 bodyfat around 14 id imagine
