It would help if I was more specific. I have been doing DC routine for aw2hile and have not really ate that clean. Just mostly watched my protein. I am at around 22% bF. Too high for me. I would be happy with aroubnd 16%. Should I keep doing DC style training and add morning cardio after awakining or change my workout to more reps. Presently working out Mon, tues, thu, friday,sunday,monday and so forth.Basically working out the same body part 3 times in 8 days. Hope that helps
