Have a friend that is doing a local show in early November.
Stats are 28 y/o 6'1" 215 lbs @ 12%bf. Training for about 12 years, supplements for about 6.
He has been on TRT @ 100mg of cyp per week for about 2 years. He normally only does 6-8 weeks blasts of adding an oral or low dose tren. no more than 50mg EOD of an additional injectable or 50mg ED of an oral.
Has maintained this weight and bf for at least a year. Not looking to put on any size, just maintain bodyweight (or close to it) and diet down slowly over the next 3 months.
Diet is high protein, moderate fat and low carbs but will cycle carbs periodically for training purposes. A typical day includes about 6 whole food meals with protein and carbs in the morning and protein and fats in the even ing. Usually have a carb cutoff after 5pm and will have a couple cheat meals once a week.
Training is based on a DC style but every 6-8 weeks or so will rotate with a 2-4 week period of volume training to rest the joints and mind. Cardio is about 30 minutes low intesity upon waking 5 days a week. Occasionally some sprints or conditioning drills a couple times a week.
He is thinking of this for a supplement plan.
running Test Cyp @ 600mg for 12-14 weeks (dropping 2 weeks before show)
EQ @ 400mg for 12-14 weeks (dropping 2 weeks before show)
Masteron Enanthate @ 400 week for 12-14 weeks (dropping a few days before show)
Have letro, aromasin and novaldex in case of estrogen sides.
Let me know if you would advise any changes to the supplement plan. He can't run tren or npp due to progesterone gyno and winstrol really hurts the joints when its run for too long.
