I was just curious how many bodybuilders take gobs of supplements? It seems like everywhere I look there is a new article touting 1000mg of this, or 2 servings of that. Now, I am a competitive athlete so my goal has never been to get huge. I used to take a lot of different supplements but over time I am down to very few. I use Biotest's Surge post-workout. I also take 2g of Vitamin C on non-training days, and 4g on training days. I also take 2 tblsp. of Flax a day. I have never used gear (though I have a cycle on the way) and find that this is sufficient as well as having a good diet, of course. Like I said, I would like to find out if the people with more experience then me also find this to be the case, or if they are taking tons of supps? And if they do, what do they take?
