Technically anything that increases oxidative processes. Could be stims, excess caloric intake, smoking, drinking, sun exposure, etc although some will have much more of an impact than others. Stims, within reason, would be my last concern

Soy lecithin has a high amount of phytoestrogens. Sunflower lecithin might be better

It's been a couple of years since I've taken anything with Huperzine A in it but I have currently been taking Alpha GPC and I really like it a lot. The thing is Huperzine A is much cheaper to use long term

It might be cheaper but it sometimes impacts acetylcholine too much. I personally think the best is to use 250-500mg CDP choline. It has a very long half life so only one dose per day is necessary and it has tons of research backing it.

For some reason I get absolutely no response from huperzine A no matter what brand or dose I try. Haven't been able to find a reason why either. Any thoughts? I've dosed 100mcg up to 1mg at a time with no response at all.
