Could you guys comment on my supplements?

1.Whey Gold Optimun nutrition

2.Optimen Multi-vitamins(1 each morning)

3.Fish oil(3 capsule everyday)


Im not eating the healthiest all the time, im wondering if taking a Multi-vitamin and fish oil would be a good idea?
 
Diet

Yeah it is a good idea but I would focus on your diet. Don't really need to drink protein powder more than once a day.
 
Good quality omega 3's are a great addition for overall health. Especially considering what compounds we use in bodybuilding..
 
Depending on your size, you might need more than 1 dose of multi vitamin daily. You can get the same quality for way cheaper than optimum multi in my opinion

Vitamins and fish oil should ideally supplement an already healthy diet. I would brush up on the diet, as I feel that getting vitamins and minerals from whole food sources is optimal for their absorption and utilization in the body.
 
Your diet is huge. If you get your diet in check you would be surprised how much of a difference it can make.

One a day vitamins are cheaper and have a nice amount of the essentials and they will be cheaper. I only use protein shake directly after workout.
