sweet potatoes mashed up, with boatloads of nutmeg, and some macadamia nut or olive oil. Brings out the flavor with no sugar or sweeteners
I mix cinnamon, a table spoon of olive oil, and a little heated almond butter. Then I mix that with sweet potatoes. Its great.
I like to bake more than I''m going to eat at any given meal , then you just leave em in the fridge in their skin . When you get those midnight munchies peel it like a banana and slap on some Smuckers Natural crunchy peanut butter.
