im currently on keto and im lossin bodyfat.i can see my abs again but i look really flat.now i was thinking of switching to carb cycling and see how that works cause a few guys that i know that compete say thats the way to look full and lean.now my goal is to get to about 10% bf i think im under 15%.
i was thinking about low carbs day then every 3 day a high carb day. do u have any other methods.
also i will be doing lots of test, tren e 300mgs a week and winny 50mg a day.
any other help would be awsome.
