It is as good as protein gets. I use that and sometimes another "pure" protein source of comparable quality, but the Synthepure does mix easier and tastes a lot smoother.

Basically, it's not rocket science. It's as high a quality protein as you can get and it has no other bells and whistles. Why do we buy protein? Cos it's essential for bodybuilding - gimmicks and funky flavours and smicko labels aren't. So if you want protein, get good quality protein and you can't really go past Synthepure... which reminds me...!!!

I agree with the above.
For quality theres nothing close to it Ive used,
I went from it to the Designer and before I thought the designer was High quality. Now after using the synthepure the designer taste like that foamy bargain protein. you realy do get what you pay for.

its 2lbs so appx 900g of pure protein.

Has no gas or bloaty feeling at all.
You can mix it in anything you wish as it's tasteless - juice, water, milk or cook with it.
I like mixing it in apple juice. Makes the apple juice have this nice creamy taste.

But I am a lazy baatard, so I just mix 50g of SYnthePURE with 50g of SyntheBLEND in water. Tastes nice and it's a shit load of protein (80g per shake) and does away with the bad ingredients of Nutella.

30 servings of 30g.
But since it's pure protein, you just add as much powder that you need to your daily diet.
If you need 400g of protein a day and 300g come from solid food, then you add 100g of SynthePURE per day.
If you have 350g of protein from solid food per day, then you add 50g of SynthePURE per day.
It's all up to you. I personally go through a tub every few days simply because I hate eating clean protein foods (chicken, tuna, eggs, etc) so I just drink shakes.

HIGHEST QUALTY STUFF OUT THERE .. no taste.. easy to mix.. it is not a chore to get down like most on the market.. since there really is no taste to it.. i mix it in everthing from gatorade to orange juice.. just shake it.. dissolves completely... just remember.. in life ya get what ya pay for.. if you go for cheap, inexpensive powders than expect gas and incomplete absorption.. ill personally pay a little more and get the good stuff.. plus, my wife will divorce me if i get a bad case of gas.. she is sick of it after 15 years.. she is so insensitive lol...

Phil is synthepure the same as Trueprotein Ion exchange. It sounds alot like it

It's actually a better filtration process - can't remember what it's called now.

It's a HIGHER percentage of "protein" than TP's whey isolate.

SYNTHEPURE!

Big difference in Whey isolate and Whey Concentrate. You can actually see the difference in your physique, as long as you are not taking in accompanying dairy/lactose.

Excel TP has like 29 grams of protein per serving and Synthepure has 30 if im correct, so it is a little more pure that means right.

Saint, I pretty much believe proteins are proteins... that said, you know how you get those stomach knots and discomfort after some? Or that real gut-popping bloat if you scoff one straight after a workout and burp it up as you drive home (go on, know you do!!)?

I mix mine with water, and it is more palatable than most of the fancy flavoured brands I've tried. Hits the water and is virtually dissolved, down the hatch, like you had a pleasant glass of water. No heavy gut feeling, you could even train or do cardio straight away (many would have me puking after my warm ups).

It's good to go, no doubt. If proteins are proteins (and the labels say so!), Synthepure is certainly at the top end of the bunch which tells you many brands aren't being wholly truthful about what's in their's or how it is made. Buy one and see how you go. IronMike
