syntheselen highest dose?

im thinking about trying this out. if someone could give me some advice on this. i am currently 185 and inject b-12 every 3 days at 1ml. i noticed this has b-12 in it as well, does anyone know how much so i can figure how much b-12 i need to cut down on my other shots?? i am trying to figure this out so maybe 3-3.5ml. of syntheselen daily?? but should i keep on taking my sythetek b-12 like normal, because maybe syntheselen doesnt have alot of b-12 and since its only cyanacobalamin?

So for a person not bodybuilding, but just trying to recomp. Would the combo of Syntheselen and Synthetine be a good stack? I am currently taking the usual multi-vit, protein, creatine, glutamine and omegas 3-6-9. oh yea I am 6' 300~ and sit in the low 20% bf.

Any extra B12 will be peed out so no issues there. The B12 content in Syntheselen is 500mcg/ml of cyanacobalamin.

Just ran out of syntheselen/synthetine. I loved the stuff! Wish I wasnt so broke cuz I would never come off of it. Helped me get a little leaner and I just felt good while running these. There was also a very noticeable increase in endurance.

Throughout this post I think there were only 2 people who said they liked it and 1 who said they didnt. Can anyone else comment on it. i am interested but there are not many who have actually used it and then those who have have not posted numbers.

I took my first 4ml of the pink stuff today at 3pm. I did not expect it to look like that.
Its was legs tonight and must note on cruise dose of gear. So leg workout at 8.30pm I was lifting the same weights as normal but with far more reps and quicker recovery between sets. Worked up to 1250lb leg press 22 reps, hack squats 770lb 20 reps. leg extenion 110lb 50 reps. Early days yet and I have been doing more cardio. However I think this has a role to play in building the body and I am going to like this stuff.

You might be reading a different thread than I have, but it looks like there are quite a few people that have used it very happily, myself included.

I've used SYNTHESELEN on its own when eating a pretty good amount of kcals and loved the increase energy/endurance/focus it gave me. You definitely feel a rapid and noticeable increase in metabolism. Which probably explains why I gained very little bf in spite of the massive amount of food I was ingesting.

Then I tried the combo SYNTHESELEN/SYNTHETINE while dieting down. Exact same effects as above (intense stamina despite being on low kcals/carbs) but very pronounced fat loss effect from the very day I incorporated it. I had used oral L-Carnitine before, and it's like night and day...

You can't go wrong with Syntheselen & Synthetine. I almost use them all year long now and really haven't found any reason to stop. Top notch products that deliver the results they claim.

i have purchased the stack and look forward to dropping that extra kilo, im 82ks,180.4pnd so thats 3ml of each per day, is it recommended to mix and do 1 pin or do 2 pins and not mix? i will be using 23 1/4 gauge IM pins.
ill get some pics happening im really excited to try this stuff, with my minimal carbs at the mo the extra boost will be nice during my sprint training.
