Yes for most of last year and early this year I did intra with hbcd's EAA, peptopro, all sorts of added goodies in 1500-2000ml of water. I liked it a lot.
My diet is so different now with intermittent fasting and just coming off keto that I'm playing around when to add the carbs.
I haven't done pre workout carbs in ages all I've been doing since last year was intra. This morning I had 50gms of glycofuse plus other added goodies and my workout was awesome. Typically intra kicks in halfway through or towards the end of my workout but pre kicks in even faster.
So maybe I will do half pre and half intra.
Like I said still playing with it but my intermittent fasting routine is such that my last meal is 6pm. First meal 12 noon next day and workout st 815am. All those hbcds technically breaks the fast.
I'm trying to get the full benefit of Synthetine as well as the Syntheselen thats on order..hence adding carbs back into my diet. Also will try a few iu's of Humalog with Synthetine/Syntheselen pre workout combo. I'd say 80%+ of my daily carbs will be around my workout.
