Cost Effectiveness
I would really like to do a Synthetine/Syntheselene combination this winter for a fat loss phase. I'm am not getting ready for a contest but doing more of a trial and error diet hoping to learn a few things along the way. I have never used them before but I am anxiously awaiting to do do.
My question is this:
I am at a body weight of roughly 300lbs(6'3"ish) and by Synthetek's instructions(per the site) I would need 6ml per day per product. That will add up quickly per month cost wise. I recently just went back to school and thus am on a limited budget. So...how would I use these products in order get as much of their benefits as possible while minimizing the costs as much as possible? For instance... could I get anything out of 2ml per day per product?
I understand that the instructions are there for a reason but I guess what I'm trying to find out is if I would be wasting my time/money if I can not take the supplements at the recommended dosage. Would it simply be just a matter of experiencing a fraction of the effectiveness by using a fraction of the dosages or would I not be taking enough to do anything noticeable at all?
Thanks for the help. Appreciate it.
