For all of you experienced users or those knowledgeable on the subject

Does it really matter a to when you inject your dose of Synthetine??

I’ve heard conflicting reports that it’s best just before training , then I’ve heard that it doesn’t matter as it is built up in your system and you won’t even notice if you miss a day

Taking it preworkout with insulin should allow you to saturate your muscles quicker. Once that occurs, time of day or skipping a day doesn't seem to matter a huge amount.

It is best absorbed in the presence of insulin. Muscular contractions also aid in uptake of carnitine into the muscle. Hence why most people recommend taking it preworkout after you've eaten (with or without exogenous insulin).

My opinion is, if you already eat a preworkout meal, pin it preworkout if at all possible, so you can reap the full benefits quicker. If that's not possible, you'll still get some benefit, it might just take longer to load your muscles with the carnitine and reap the full benefits.

Have always done mine in the am...Just more convenient for me.

Armada gives sound advise...Good way to run it for max benefit!

Pre workout with some carbs or 1-2iu of insulin always seemed to work best for me. Carbs do help the effectiveness, but aren't 100% necessary. I've run it on zero carbs as well and still saw plenty of benefit and effectiveness, especially during a calorie deficit/prep

My overall opinion is pretty much this and the most important thing is dosing it consistently. However I do think it's optimal in the hours before training. I have tried it in so many different ways and doses and I know it's not placebo. The sweating and vascularity I experience whilst training is much more significant when I dose pre workout as opposed to far from training. Then comes some of the cognitive benefits especially when using high doses of synthetine or high doses of oral forms of l-carnitine. I always feel them most over the first few hours of dosing. The intense focus from high doses doesn't last more than a few hours for me. Therefore even if muscle carnitine levels are stored for longer periods a lot of l-carnitine's effects are active for much shorter durations.
