I'm just starting up a run of T3 right now and I'm not on any ASS at the moment , I'm not "dieting" but my diet is clean , cals still around 3500-4000.
I think that the catobolic effects of T3 are highly over rated , some people have the impression that your gonna shrivel up and die if you don't take gear with your T3.
Now the main reason I'm using T3 at this point is to see if their is realy a marked differance in fat loss or strength loss. I have been eating clean and loosing weight steadly for a couple months now but the past few weeks I've kinda leveled off so I figured that it would be a good time to try the T3 alone.
