Tendon injuries on EQ

Hey guys,

Having some old injuries flaring up while being on 600mg EQ and 450mg Test EW. I'm in my 6th week of the cycle and I started having some serious pain in both shoulders after a chest work out.

How would you guys try to recover asap in a cycle?


I know EQ is supposed to be a good drug for tendon problems so hoping that will do the work. I added some Cissus and i'll start with some Diclofenac as wel... is this going to do the job for me while training very light?

it maybe joint not tendon i which glucosamine chonjointent will help with lubing joints. but you should be doing some stretches and lay off any movment that aggravates the area. trust me if its tendon you do not want to tear it. im fighting tears in both biceps. not fun at all.
 
it is an old injury I had, in both shoulders tendon injuries. Gluco-chon isn't going to help that...

any tips guys?
 
bro i dont think there is such thing as a quick recovery when it comes to tendons. im not real sure eq and hgh will be anything quick or really what helps. more like a cortisteroid pack to help speed healing and no lifting plus some stretches.

I read that test should be dosed very low to let the eq do a good job on collagen synthese.
Is it going to help me if i lower the test dose in this stage of my cycle?
 
Maybe add some IGF in there...or gh if you can afford it.
Are you benching with your elbows flared out or tucked in alongside your body? I would lay off BB bench press all together...I ruptured a pec awhile ago..you dont want to go through that...

i'm not ready for IGF and HGH yet..

Exactly, it flared up after I did some benching (Hadn't done that in a year)... I knew this could happen, but it's hard to resist benching haha.

Start benching dumbells.I havent had shoulder issue's in many years since I stopped Bar Bench's.You'll get a lot stronger pushing Dumbells.Its not the substances used that are going to fix your problem

That's really true. Did that for a year and had a lot less trouble with my shoulders. It's a shame I can't let my shoulders recover 100% but i'll do anything to get where i was a few weeks a go.

Benching is suicide for a BB with shoulder issues!
