Test E vs Test E + Test Suspension

What would work better for a powerlifter? Running 400 mg of Test C per week vs 200 mg of Test C plus 50 mg of Test Suspension preworkout four days per week.

Id go with the 400 a week

Now what would really be good....is do the 400 but use some suspension before training sessions and especially before the meet

This. I would do the 400, then run the suspension with the test e the last week or two into the meet.

the regular old Test E at 400 a week.
