hi BigA,
a month ago or so you helped me with my laggin chest.
I didn't do site injections because i was on esterified gear, but i did change my routine like you said: 'gay ass pec deck' and heavy flye movements.
guess what, it works, my chest is comming up nicely.
i'm doing flyes with the weights i used to do dumbbell bench presses with and use the entire stack for peck deck now.
thank you, big guy, and the other bro's who made usefull suggestions, it means a lot to me.
just hope i'll keep my gains once i'm off the deca and sust.
i was planning on cutting those oil based roids in a week or so, then after two weeks: clomid, clen and 5 mg of dbol a day for a week or four.
does this sound alright ? the excess water will be taken care of with arbuterol (herbal, but it works for me ...).
my source got me chinese tren, 250 mg per ml ? is this possible ???

It's possible but more than likely it'll be VERY PAINFUL!! :eek:

normally i hit my quads ...
do you think i'll keep most of my gains that way, providing i keep my proteine intake high enough ?
 
If I were you, I'd plan on getting some sterile oil to cut it half, at least. You could cut it to 100mg/ml and it should be pain free - that's the strength I use.

thanks wylde, but i couldn't care less about pain from shots.
all i care about is if this product is legit. i read a few threads about IP fucking things up.
if it's tren, and it exists in that kind of packaging and concentration, i'm a happy camper.

could you please comment on dbol-clen-clomid after my cycle. i'm really worried to lose a lot of mass.

hi pumped, here goes.

first of all, no more barbell presses.
second, emphasis on upper chest in stead of flat bench exercises.

my chest workout:
- pec deck, 'gay ass version', no 'feeling the muscle contract' crap, hard and heavy, four sets of 12-10-8-8.
- then four sets of flyes on a slight incline, two or three warm up sets working up to my maximum weight (it's a delicate movement for my shoulder joints, so i take my time warming up); i use very strict form, concentrating on 'squeezing' the weight up. i increased the weight i use by 50% in one month, talk about progress. due to the pre-exhausting, and the fact that it's a single joint movement, my pecs are truly fried after this.
- next are flat bench dumbbell presses, using a very wide range of motion, again four sets, but lower reps. by this time my whole body is shaking.
- last but not least cable crossovers. again hard and heavy, no concentration crap.
i alternate the presses with parallel bar dips, leaning into the motion.

i just took my triceps and shoulders out of the equasion.

i was stupid to think that i absolutely needed compound barbell movements to gain pec mass for all those years.

any comment on the tren concentration and post -cycle clen/dbol/clomid ?
