I just cant belive how jacked you were in the old pics from being in bed all day and not training. Thats a ton of muscle you have and not that bad of bodyfat either. Very impressive for someone training, let alone laying in bed all day.

Hi folks....I tied for fourth....I was happy with my showing and believe i looked pretty good, need to keep busting on the legs......I had great feedback from the judges,, they said if i came in the morning as i had in the evening i would have placed second, but i was to late, i know better for next time...first show was an amazing experience and i made some good friends that day, and had a blast weith my compadres in the pump rooms...Im a happy go lucky fella, and the judges really liked my spirit and my humor and gave me great feedback about my charisma on stage also...They said just polish what i have and i will be good, i want to add a few more lbs to my frame in muscle chest, delts and back...I have even more drive and desire for this next time than ever....
I have to throw out a shout to my girl as well, she won first in heavies and then won the overall in her first competition...Completely natural and busted her butt....Nicole Ball is her coach and man she is a great lady as well....she was in our room at 630 am painting my girl and giving advice and was her helper all day...She was simply amazing and she spent all day helping out any guys and girls backstage and pump rooms and answered questions constantly...She cried when Countrychic won, i almost did, but held it in....

Hey Man - grats on your competition. I am sure it was disappointing to come 4th but in light of all you went thru recently - you did an amazing job. Your back double bi is awsome- amazing cuts & symmetry! abs wre steller too - great conditioning, bro! Props to your girl too - fantastic job - i bet she was really proud of that!

Congrats to my man, he did an awesome job through all of this, he was my rock!! He supported me/us, and he made me very proud up there as well. It was certainly alot of fun that day, and as IW said my trainer was awesome, she is a good woman Thanks for posting pics IW!! It was a great journey and I will be hitting provincials next year.
