I won my MMA fight in under one minute.The man knows what he is doing with dieting and training. I felt so strong in the fight and confident in the fight and I know it was due to my fight training and gym/dieting. I was not cocky the least bit, I was very confident due to the prep.
I went from Power-lifting/body-building to fighting and the transition was smooth. I kept plenty of size and strength while cutting over 50 pounds.
