i'll talk for a second about my diet and loading windows. For my days off work I wake up and go straight to the gym, on these days I do about 6-8,000kcals. For my days I work, I do a twelve, then go straight to the gym after, on those days I eat less than 3,5-4000kcal. I've added around 35lbs in three months, only mild amount of added fat but for sure some added fat, about three days without a load I start seeing shreds and getting pissed and load even harder lol. The more I do this though I do realize this kind of weight gain to be detrimental in a lot of ways, I would have rather not have to use such dramatic methods of weight gain but hey it takes a big guy to conscientiously move heavy weight.
Today was
wake up - muscle milk
pre workout - almond butter, sweet bread, apple butter, (and/or) bag of chips
intra - waxy maize
post - whey, egg whites, banana
rest of the fucking day - like three chicken breasts, several pounds of rice cooked in broth, half gallon ice cream, half gallon orange juice, couple packets of oreos, sweet bread with egg whites
total macros came close to 1000/400/120, in this window I did 40iu of humulinR four times. Its always a rice or pasta based fucking feast that I slowly pick on, I check my blood sugar and if its not at 80 I inhale ice cream. This humulin allows for the body to run of fats and store sugars, normally this much glucose intake would cause sugars to rise and the body to compensate by running of those sugars and storing the more efficient fats.
Tomorrow will be
wake up - muscle milk
meal 1 - steak, rice, greens, carrots, apple
meal 2 - steak, rice, greens, carrots, apple
pre workout - almond butter, sweet bread, apple butter, (and/or) bag of chips
intra - waxy maize
post - whey, egg whites, banana
meal 3 - ham, eggs, oats
pre bed - muscle milk
total macros always above 300/300/80, in this window no insulin but we use 3.3iu of growth either before shift or after shift. working nights makes my schedule different than many of yours but to me thats the best time for the GH.
Literally I salt everything, as much as possible, I cook my rice/pasta in broth and I put as much salt and (lemon) pepper I can stand on everything. My pre and intra protocol alone are about 8g of sodium.
almost every week we increase our total calorie intake by increasing either the working or the resting days, some weeks its both, but I have increased calories every one to two weeks during this entire log. I'm up to four of the insulin days with only three low days. Will be fun to only diet at like 2500-3500kcals for a month or two to get down to a more comfortable weight. We're not training for anything so im just letting my body do what it needs to work optimally, no weight cuts for another year.
