Same thing happens to me, some days I'm a zombie and other days I'm totally fine. I was trying to think of if I do anything different to warrant a difference, but being in prep I'm basically living in groundhog day.

GH lethargy is weird, some days its killer some days its non existent?

Fasted weight up to 225, starting to get sloppy so I think 2-3 more weeks of massing is enough. 15lbs will come off easy with DNP and no GH, MK, Deca/Test.

I'll do a before and after when I start the DNP, then i'll start a new log to help chronicle my GH/Slin run.

I think i'm sticking with the RPT style on compound lifts, i'm getting killer volume this way!

I noticed a big difference when I went from 10 iu/day down to 4 iu/day. Feel more awake and 'alive' lol.
 
Lets put it this way, I never thought I'd be excited to diet then cruise for a bit lol.

Joints are doing rough and i'm tired all day. Get me to July ASAP!

Since i'm a certified strength and conditioning coach as well as a cross fit instructor i've been doing more full body strength work till the slin comes. Examples

Been studying the conjugate method a little, I know this is far from there programming but I applied some principles.

As i've already said I start Tren/Test/Mast/GH/Slin/GW50156/MK677, ASAP.

I'll follow up 10-12 weeks of that with Bold Cyp/Nand Cyp/Test Cyp/Epi/GH for 8 weeks while cycling off the slin.

I'd say Geno's DNP/Var took most of that off in 10-14 days, I also dropped some weight from lowering the hormone doses. Once I got down to 205ish my weight loss got stuck and I didnt see much of a point in pushing too much harder.

Been eating as clean as possible since, usually >200c/<250p/>100f, but I still get very hungry and refeed every 3-5 days :/
 
Decided i'm too busy to be eating all day so I'll switch from HumR to Log, a 4 hour window with pre and post workout injections will be easier to control and eat for.

Today's session, again all compound movements are RPT style;

Diet wise i've been eating alot of avocados and lean beef with my regular chicken, eggs, egg whites, and white fish. Much less carbs, I switched rice for cauliflower rice, dropped my banana intake, etc etc.

It sucks dieting while my hormones decrease, my strengths still good but i've lost volume and i'm getting softer despite getting leaner :banghead: I might just pin another 4 weeks of Deca/Sust before I can run the slin/tren.
 
Pack landed, gonna let the Tren build up before I bring in new GH and then slin. Using some geno's adrol/dbol as a bridge. Day 1 of the drol and everyone had to comment on me growing lol. My rear delts were so full my shoulders almost looked pointed!

Been really brushing up on my insulin routine and ancillaries along with it.

This was a nice read, i'll drop the berberine when I start the slin.

Diet wise will be pretty close to CKD and then carbing up while the Log is active. Ive been reading how important depleting every other workout is for insulin sensitivity, so my EOD workout routine will be perfect, i'll do a short power or anaerobic workout in the morning to deplete and a bodybuilding/hypertrophy workout in the afternoon with the log to fill, followed by a full rest day the next day to recover the CNS.

Decided on a four day split;

A: Chest/Back/Arms
B: Legs/Delts/Calves
C: Chest/Front Delts/Tris/Quads
D: Back/Glutes/Rear Delts/Hams/Bi's
 
335x6 on the bench, ill fucking take it for 100g of carbs a day at a weight of 198. When I go full hulk (230+) I can bench 365-385x5, to me this means im doing a much better job at everything if I can keep this much strength at a leaner weight.

I forgot how legit my MK is, 15mg and i'm fucking dead all day again... Hope this subsides soon. Trensomnia kickin a little bit even after only day 6, ace kicks quick man, noticed some bicep and oblique striations already.

I'll get some gym pics up soon, we still havent opened as we've made major adjustments. We essentially built a professional strength room that has crossfit capabilities, people are going to be blown away when we open.

T3 is weird man, makes me skinny fat/flat almost instantly, even on the drol. I'll likely drop it this weekend in anticipation of the GH/Slin arriving.

That is a pretty common effect. Does it to me too.

Yeah, I tried to load on the t3 and I felt like I pumped up pretty well but im coming to the conclusion when I finally step on stage, i'll do it without the thyroid hormone. I mean hell I was going to use helios and DNP 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, who needs t3?
 
I used helios a bit last year like you described, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, I think it worked pretty well but my metabolism on its own also just starts raging towards the end of prep and made it really difficult to maintain weight and especially fill out for my shows.

This year I subscribed more to the "life weights faster" mentality, lol. I didn't want to mess with having to take a bunch of clen, do cardio, and definitely not T3 :D
