Those circular plate flyes explain a lot of what I've been seeing lately in my gym.

I keep seeing guys doing weird excercises using plates like tricep presses using a 25lb plate or circular flye movements performed by 150lb guys that look damn near useless.

I figured there had to be a source for all of this amazing wisdom.
